Cooking Instructions
  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F
  2. 2. Spice Roast (salt, pepper, garlic)
  3. 3. Cook for 15 mins at 425°F then reduce temperature to 325° and cook as follows
  4. 2lb-3lb - 45-60 minutes
  5. 4lb-6lb - 70-100 minutes
  6. 4. Internal temperature should measure 120°F-130°F
  7. 5. Allow 10-20 minutes standing time

Lamb Loin Roast

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F
  2. Spice roast
  3. Cook an Unstuffed Roast for 30-40 minutes and a Stuffed Roast for 40-50 minutes
  4. Internal temperature should measure 110°F-120°F

BBQ Instructions
  1. BBQ loin chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, flip only once using a spatula
Oven-Broil Instructions
  1. 6-8 minutes each side, flipping only once. Oven rack should be as close to element as possible.
